Type the name of the domain to which you want to navigate.

Then hit
Ctrl+Enter -> redirects to the .com site for that name

Ctrl+Shift+Enter -> redirects to the .org site for the name

Example:
Type askw5h in your browser
Hit Ctrl+Enter --- this takes you to http://www.askw5h.com/
Hit Ctrl+Shift+Enter --- this takes you to http://www.askw5h.org
